Turkey Summer 2015: Day of Tourism Before Cappadocia – 8/10/15


After getting back from Çeşme, we had one day before venturing out to Cappadocia. Today’s plans include the Hagya Sofia, Basilica Cistern, and visiting various areas around Istanbul.

The first stop was the Hagya Sofia. We arrived before the line got too long. It was stunning how beautiful the building was, and the history was also amazing. I’ll let the photos do the talking:

After, we decided to visit the Basilica Cistern:
