Product Review: Essential Oil Diffuser by GENERIC

With winter coming quickly, making the house smell nice is a fun way to enjoy yourself when you get home from a long day of work or errands. Up for review is the 300ml Essential Oil Diffuser by GENERIC.

This oil diffuser comes with the following items:

  • Diffuser
  • A/C Adapter
  • Measuring Cup
  • Instruction Manual

The diffuser has some cool features including a timer and multiple light patterns. While setting it up, everything assembled perfectly. The lid fits nice, the A/C adapter plugs in nice and had a long enough cable, and the diffuser started working immediately. I have no idea how it works, but it was diffusing oil/water within seconds.

When you get the diffuser ready, you put in up to 300ml water and add a few drops of some essential oil. The oil sits on top of the water and the vapor seems to grab the scent as it leaves the device out the top. Within 10 minutes my room smelled of a lovely vanilla spice.

The settings allow you to put a timer for 1, 3 or 6 hours, or you can set it to run indefinitely. I would avoid the unlimited time frame as you could damage the device without water in it. Instead, go for the 6 hours. The other setting allows you to go through different light shows, including solid color lights and a light show that fades to different colors.

If you’re looking for a device to add some humidity and sweet scents to your home, this is the device to consider. Click the image below to find out more:
